1. Our Services

Venture Bridge provides company formation, trade licensing, employment and family visa processing, Golden Visa application support, PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, and document attestation services in the United Arab Emirates. We act as an intermediary and facilitator between you and the relevant government authorities, embassies, and other third parties involved in your application.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to process your application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents;
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application;
• Ensure that any documents you provide are genuine and have not been falsified or altered;
• Respond to our requests for additional documents or information in a timely manner, as delays on your part may affect processing timelines.

Venture Bridge is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you upfront in a quotation before work begins, itemizing our service fee separately from any government or third-party fees. Government fees, embassy fees, typing centre charges and similar third-party costs are payable in addition to our service fee and are subject to change by the respective authority without notice. Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of engagement.

5. Refunds

Because a significant portion of the fees collected for any application are paid directly to government authorities, embassies, or third parties on your behalf once an application is submitted, such amounts are generally non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee for work already performed (including document preparation, consultation, and submission) is also non-refundable. Any case-specific refund arrangement will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

6. Timelines

Any timelines communicated to you — whether on our website, in marketing materials, or in conversation — are estimates based on our general experience and are not guaranteed. Processing times are ultimately determined by the relevant government authority, embassy, or third party, and may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays, policy changes, or additional document requests from the authority.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the personal and business information and documents you share with us as confidential, and we share them only with the parties necessary to complete your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Venture Bridge's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from delays, rejections, or decisions made by government authorities, embassies, or other third parties beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Venture Bridge Business Setup Services L.L.C unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
